Edison Express, located at 158 Long Road in Chesterfield, Mo., utilized an SBA 504 loan through the STL Partnership CDC in its $7.2 million development. The location includes a Phillips 66 gas station along with a Tidal Wave luxury car wash and a rented restaurant space. Housing an 8-pump station and a 5,000 square foot convenience store, the new development is located at a prime location with high traffic right off Interstate 64. It is projected that the development will create 25 FTE jobs.
