B2B Sales Agency Receives $2.6M SBA 504 Loan to Purchase New Office Building

The new headquarters will provide the company with room to expand full time staff.

Arsenal Business Growth, a business-to-business sales agency, recently secured a $2.6 million SBA 504 loan to purchase a new office building. St. Louis Economic Development Partnership’s (STL Partnership) Business Finance team and Brian Phillips with the Bank of Washington worked with the company to secure the loan for a property in Saint Albans.

The company’s move from their current office in St. Charles to the Saint Albans location will be a key asset for the growth of the company. The new building, formerly Fulton School, is equipped with professional office space and elite amenities including a full-size gymnasium, workout facility and 12 acres of walkable outdoor space within proximity of affordable housing in Franklin County.

“We made a conscious and strategic decision to move west to Franklin County, attempting to follow/time business opportunities and housing developments,” said Owner, Aaron Asher.

With more space in the new building, Arsenal plans to hire additional staff in their marketing and sales departments.  The company currently employs 43 full-time staff members and expects to finish 2023 with 50+ employees.

“We plan to grow by 10+ full-time employees per year for the foreseeable future,” said Asher. “As the facility currently exists, we expect to grow to approximately 200-250 staff before evaluating other offices or developing/building more space.”

Arsenal Business Growth’s focus is on growing businesses throughout the United States and parts of Canada. Their specialties include managed IT, digital marketing, roofing, HVAC solar, janitorial and software sales.

“Arsenal Business Growth is growing rapidly and has a lot of potential,  said Zack Folk, Business Development Officer at STL Partnership. “I’m glad they could utilize the SBA 504 program to purchase a building to provide a great work environment for their employees to succeed.”
