STL Partnership BRE Team Hosts Tour of Kindeva Drug Delivery

BRE partners helped retain company in St. Louis

Partners of the Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) program recently toured Kindeva Drug Delivery at one of its monthly meetings. Kindeva Drug Delivery is a global contract development and manufacturing organization focused on drug-device combination products.

The BRE committee played a role in retaining Kindeva Drug Delivery in St. Louis. The effort resulted in a state-of-the-art 155,000-square-foot production facility in Earth City, Mo., which was a $100 million investment. Kindeva’s investment not only contributes to the local economy, but also reinforces St. Louis’ stature as a prominent hub for innovation in the healthcare industry.

These monthly meetings, hosted by St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (STL Partnership), are attended by representatives from the BRE partners. Companies represented include Greater St. Louis Inc., Ameren Missouri, STL Partnership, Missouri Small Business Development Centers, Missouri Department of Economic Development, St. Louis Development Corporation, Spire, St. Louis Mosaic Project and World Trade Center St. Louis.

The BRE program links St. Louis companies with government and economic development officials to ensure business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs know who to contact regarding opportunities or challenges.
