A year ago, we launched Nvsted, the first hyper-local Regulation Crowdfunding platform in the United States, designed to make it easy for investors to connect with business owners in St. Louis.
Thanks to the support from STL Partnership, our advocates in the STL community, and investors across the nation, we have been able to receive investment commitments in excess of $300k over the past year! We have appeared in over 20 news articles and 5 podcasts, and we have also contributed some content of our own in Entrepreneur Quarterly.
WellBeing Brewing Company, the first company on the Nvsted platform, was able to successfully raise nearly $200k for their non-alcoholic craft brewery. After WellBeing’s successful campaign, the company’s products have expanded into retailers such as Whole Foods, Total Wine, and Target, and have been accepted internationally by United Kingdom online retailer, DryDrinker.
We have since launched three new offerings for CentriCrude Services, Pluton Biosciences, and CAD Trailer Designs, all of which are now actively raising capital. I wanted to thank you all for your continued support of Nvsted. We are serving the small business and entrepreneurship community in a way that is unique in the U.S. to St. Louis alone.
