Erica is a forward thinking, strategic system leader focused on social equity, justice and cultivating collaboration in an effort to mobilize communities towards achieving their vision for a high quality of life. Her passion is working in communities of color to reduce inequities by developing systems that put families on the path towards achieving economic success; all while advancing self sufficiency that creates substantive and generational impact.
How Has The Nominee Contributed Outside The Company (as To Community Involvement)?
Erica has graduate degrees in public policy and business administration with an emphasis in finance and is a life-long learner and avid reader. She serves on a variety of executive boards, community advisory boards and commissions to further promote social justice and equitable economic opportunity both locally and nationally. Erica’s mantra comes from believing everyone in a community has a responsibility to serve in some capacity to achieve true transformation.
