Acquisition Fuels St. Louis Fashion Industry Growth
Stars Design Group, a St. Louis-based full-service fashion design and production company, is adding to the growth of the St. Louis fashion industry through its acquisition of New York-based apparel brand INSPR. The acquisition is a partnership with Steve Smith (CEO, the Lawrence Group) and Will Smith (New + Found).
INSPR designs and produces limited edition apparel collections from its community of influencers. The new INSPR, LLP will also act as an incubator supporting influencers as they build their own apparel brands.
The new INSPR headquarters will be based in St. Louis, with offices in New York.
