Business Models Workshop Series
The Community Builders Network of Metro St. Louis and the St. Louis Promise Zone are coordinating a workshop series for place-based organizations to develop business models that support their organizations and the neighborhoods they serve.
The series’ first segment is focused on residential real estate. Place-based organizations that are working on or preparing for residential real estate projects are invited to learn about real estate finance, legal considerations, design concerns for health and safety, and key partnerships. The segment will culminate in professional project consultations for participating organizations.
Workshops will take place on Saturdays at 11:00 am from March 13 through April 3. The deadline to apply is Friday, February 26 at 5:00 pm.
