Please join us for a SBA 504 informational program designed for lenders and support staff, including credit analyst, processors and assistants. This program will explain the process, from the inital conversation with your client all the way until the loan is paid in full. We will touch on pricing, documentation requirements, acceptable collateral, loan structure, guarantor requirements, processing and closing, among other things.
