Bunge North America is Growing in St. Louis County
The global agribusiness and food company is adding 160 jobs at a new headquarters in Chesterfield. This is in addition to the more than 550 Bunge employees currently working in the St. Louis area.
The new jobs are a major win for St. Louis County.
St. Louis County Executive Steve Stenger worked closely with Bunge leaders to secure this headquarters and hundreds of new jobs for the St. Louis region.
“It was a highly competitive nationwide search and these new high-paying jobs will have a substantial impact on our economy,” Stenger said. “Bunge will continue to thrive in St. Louis County and we look forward to more agricultural companies moving here to be a part of the global center of agricultural technology.”
Bunge turns crops like soy, corn, wheat and rice into food items that are on nearly every grocery store’s shelves. The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership is so pleased to partner with Bunge on this major corporate expansion.
