As a Mosaic Project Ambassador Company, True Manufacturing will share job openings on Mosaic’s website which reaches a broad cross section of internationally trained foreign-born professionals who seek positions that match their home-country experience. The company will also explore ways to reach a larger international community by participating in events and activities organized by the non-profit World Trade Center-St. Louis, of which Mosaic is an initiative. This includes connecting True Manufacturing’s Employee Resource Groups to Mosaic and its partners, including the World Trade Center-St. Louis’ Sister Cities program and the International Institute, so employees are aware of the region’s foreign-born community and opportunities to volunteer with groups that serve immigrants and refugees.
