St. Louis Sister Cities Scavenger Hunt
SLAM event blends culture, community and connection
The Sister Cities Scavenger Hunt brought art and international collaboration together on Friday, July 11, at the Saint Louis Art Museum (SLAM). Hosted by the St. Louis Sister Cities program, part of the World Trade Center St. Louis’ (WTC) international mission, the event highlighted the value of global connections through education, culture and community.
Representatives from many of the sister cities were on hand to help make this fun, educational event a success. Guests explored the museum with a custom map and clues curated by Renee Franklin, chief diversity officer at SLAM, and her team. The scavenger hunt was followed by a reception.
WTC supports and oversees the 16 sister cities programs and provides guidance for those interested in establishing new sister cities relations.
