The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (the “Partnership”) is a nonprofit corporation, established under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code for the purpose of promoting and developing industry, commerce, and economic development in St. Louis County and the City of St. Louis, creating high-quality business and employment opportunities, and enhancing the quality of life by advancing long-term, diversified growth throughout the St. Louis region. The Partnership, in collaboration with the City of Kinloch, Missouri, seeks to demolish and rehabilitate certain derelict properties located in Kinloch (the “Project”).
The Partnership seeks qualification statements from firms to remediate all asbestos-containing materials and other hazardous materials, demolish certain structures, and remove all debris for the Project, on an as needed basis (the “Services”). The Partnership issues this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for qualified firms to provide the Services as properties are identified for the Project. Submissions will be used to create a list of qualified firms that will be contacted to bid on the Services as properties are identified for the Project. Please note that the Partnership requires that the Services be performed such that ALL buildings will need to be demolished under wet conditions, and ALL debris must be treated and disposed as asbestos-containing.
Qualification submittals will be accepted on a rolling basis through June 1, 2026.
However, firms are encouraged to submit qualifications as soon as possible.
Electronic statements of qualification should be sent by email to [email protected].
