The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (“SLEDP”) seeks proposals from qualified Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms experienced in performing governmental audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book). The selected firm will perform annual independent audits of the financial records for multiple affiliated entities and prepare a related Single Audit Report for one entity along with all related tax compliance services.

Contract Period: This award will be for a period of up to three years, which may include audit and tax compliance for SLEDP and three separate entities for fiscal years September 30, 2026, September 30, 2027, and September 30, 2028.
