“We are coming together today to announce that we will work together and obtain resident input on a redevelopment plan for Jamestown Mall,” Councilwoman Webb said. “I look forward to joining the St. Louis County Port Authority and the STL Partnership to explore some innovative ideas for redeveloping.”

Councilwoman Webb said her constituents would like to see the property redeveloped into a mixed retail site or community center over an industrial project.

“We look forward to working with Councilwoman Webb to identify a win-win for residents and our community,” said Rodney Crim, CEO and President at the STL Partnership.

John Maupin, Chairman of the St. Louis County Port Authority, said he looked forward to working alongside Councilwoman Webb and the STL Partnership in making the former Jamestown Mall something that will improve the region.

“This is an opportunity to partner with new leadership and chart a new course,” said Chairman Maupin. “We look forward to working together.”
