Archer Participates in Panel Discussion at Commercial Summit
Panelists discussed regional economic development, competitive positioning
The St. Louis REALTORS ® hosted their 2026 Commercial Summit on April 22. The annual event, which took place at the Charles F. Knight Executive Conference Center at Washington University, featured a group of speakers who provided insights on the trends in financing and capital markets, public safety and commercial confidence, Missouri income tax and legislative updates, as well as a variety of other topics.
Among the presentations was a panel discussion entitled, “Regional Development & Competitive Position.” Moderated by Apollo Carey, real estate practice group leader at Lewis Rice, the panel consisted of Jason Archer, vice president of business development at St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (STL Partnership), Stephen Westbrooks, president and CEO of St. Louis Development Corporation, and Kylee Garretson, senior director of Greater St. Louis, Inc.
During the discussion to commercial real estate agents and members of the Missouri Growth Association, Archer shared the importance of posting information on the real estate database CoStar and how regional partners worked together on the Boeing $1.8 billion expansion project in North St. Louis County.
Other speakers at the conference included, Melissa Price Smith, St. Louis County prosecuting attorney, Evan Lilliard, director of tax policy at the National Association of REALTORS ® and Charlie Hinderliter, chief advocacy officer and director of commercial services at St. Louis REALTORS® and board secretary of the STL Partnership Board of Directors.
