STL Partnership Attends ULI St. Louis Panel Discussion

Panel focuses on development of downtown St. Louis

Members of St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (STL Partnership) attended a panel discussion hosted by Urban Land Institute St. Louis (ULI St. Louis) on Aug. 28 at the Ballpark Village Hilton in downtown St. Louis.  With the focus of the discussion being on “Developing Downtown,” the panel highlighted new and upcoming projects in downtown St. Louis and the developers that are working to build momentum in that area.

Participants in the panel included: Charles Goldman of Goldman Group, Bob O’Loughlin from Lodging Hospitality Management, Mike Sarimsakci of Alterra International, Alex Oliver at Oliver Properties, Mike LaMartina of Ballpark Village St. Louis and The Cordish Companies and Brian Pratt from AHM Group.

Rodney Crim, CEO and president of STL Partnership, attended the event with colleagues Josh Ayers, chief financial officer, and Jason Archer, vice president of business development.
