2025 State of the St. Louis Workforce Report Available Now

Report shared at event held at STLCC  

On Wednesday, August 6, the 2025 State of the St. Louis Workforce took place at St. Louis Community College’s (STLCC) Meramec campus.  

The annual event and report captured a comprehensive snapshot of the St. Louis metro workforce. This year, there was a spotlight on the impact of transportation in the St. Louis region, as well as an emphasis on startups and the jobs they create.  

The featured speaker was D’Andre Braddix, Ed.D., an ombudsperson at STLCC. Panelists included Rhonda Hamm-Niebrugge, director of the St. Louis Lambert International Airport, Mary Lamie, executive vice president at Bi-State Development, and Ron Hine, director of operations at the United Parcel Service (UPS). The panel was moderated by Jeff L. Pittman, Ph.D., chancellor
at STLCC.
