Applying for Federal Relief Funds
The University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) hosted free webinar on April 10 to help small business owners learn more about applying for federal funds to help businesses make it through the COVID-19 pandemic. The main focus of the webinar was the Paycheck Protection Program.
UMSL partnered with MU Extension, North County Inc., Beyond Housing (our241.com), the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership and MOSourceLink for the event, and representatives from St. Johns Bank and Trust and US Bank were also on hand to discuss how banks are implementing the new loan program. The St. Louis Promise Zone Executive Director, Erica Henderson, spoke on behalf of the STL Partnership.
