Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center St. Louis (AMICSTL) and Ranken Technical College hereby give public notice that they are soliciting proposals from qualified firms with experience to complete this non-profit advanced manufacturing innovation hub that is 89,600 square feet and will provide flexible spaces to accommodate special project needs, incubator spaces, offices, collaboration spaces, a multi-purpose space that will also serve as a maker space, and an elevated bridge across Finney Avenue. Additional project highlights include 4 high bay manufacturing areas; mezzanine for offices and meeting rooms; training rooms; lab spaces under the mezzanine; and a self-service cafe. The building height will reach around 55 feet at its highest point above grade and is clad in three façade types including curtain wall, aluminum composite metal panel, and a translucent polycarbonate system which maximizes daylight while reducing glare.
This work will be funded in part through the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration’s Build Back Better Regional Challenge Grant and State of Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development funds.
