$670M project to revitalize Millennium Hotel site

The Cordish Companies have been chosen by the Gateway Arch Park Foundation to redevelop the Millennium Hotel site. A significant milestone in the ongoing downtown revitalization of St. Louis, the $670 million project will transform a 1.3 million square-foot space into a vibrant mixed-use site. This hub of activity will feature elements like upscale residential space, office space, a food hall, amphitheater, pedestrian-friendly spaces and art installations.

Since 2014, the lot has stood vacant, but The Cordish Companies’ vision for this transformative project will breathe much needed new life into a key area. This redevelopment underscores the city’s commitment to creating a prosperous downtown full of economic growth. This project will be reviewed at the upcoming Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA) meeting.
