NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Public notice is hereby given that The Industrial Development Authority of the County of St. Louis, Missouri (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing on April 20, 2023 commencing at 9:30 a.m., regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of its multifamily housing revenue bonds, in one or more series, in the aggregate maximum principal amount of not to exceed $22,500,000, for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs of the acquisition and rehabilitation of an approximately 198-unit qualified residential rental project under Section 142 of the Internal Revenue Code located at or about 5500 Eagle Valley Drive in an unincorporated portion of the County of St. Louis, Missouri (generally bounded by Eunice Ave. on the north, Sunbury Ave. on the east, Memorial Park Cemetery on the south, and Lucas-Hunt Rd. on the west), known as Bentwood Townhomes, the principal user of which will be ENV Bentwood Townhomes, LP, a Missouri limited partnership.

In compliance with IRS Revenue Procedures 2020-21, 2020-49, 2021-39, and 2022-20, interested individuals may attend and participate in the public hearing via conference call. Please call toll free number 1-877-230-5394 and use access code 2187562 followed by # to join the conference.

The hearing will be open to the public. All interested persons may attend the hearing via teleconference and will have an opportunity to express their views with respect to the above–mentioned plan of finance and project, including the location and nature of the proposed facilities and the issuance of bonds to pay the costs thereof. Written comments with respect to the project may also be submitted to the undersigned prior to the hearing. Additional information regarding the proposed project and bond issues may be obtained in advance of the hearing from the undersigned. The Authority makes reasonable accommodations for any known disability that may interfere with a person’s ability to participate in public meetings. Persons needing an accommodation must notify the Authority, by telephone or in writing, no later than five days prior to the hearing to allow adequate time to make needed arrangements.
