The Crossings at Richmond Heights, a Community Improvement District

The Crossings at Richmond Heights is a Community Improvement District (CID) located at the intersection of I-64/40 and Hanley Rd in the heart of the St. Louis Metro area.

Located in the district is a mixed used development that consists of Red Robin Restaurant, Courtyard by Marriot Hotel and retail space which includes Starbucks, Cyclebar, Vitality Bowls Superfood Café, Firehouse Subs and Blaze Pizza.

The six-acre development is just east of South Hanley Rd, which is a short walk from the Brentwood I-64 Transit Center. It is also located on the Dale Avenue bike lane. The accessibility is a great benefit for Metro Transit Riders and for cyclists and pedestrians accessing stores and restaurants in the area.

An Industrial Revenue Bond issuance of roughly $5.5 million through the Industrial Development Authority of the County of St. Louis, Missouri (IDA), which is staffed by the STL Partnership was awarded for the project.
