RFP – Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program Environmental Engineering Services

The Housing Partnership, Inc. f/k/a the Lemay Housing Partnership, Inc. is a nonprofit organization working on a project to clean-up a former filling station in order to make the site suitable for future residential redevelopment activities. The project is located at 9901-05 S. Broadway at the corner of Ripa and S. Broadway in the Lemay community of south St. Louis County. Phase I and Phase II Limited Environmental Assessments have been completed and a plan has been submitted and approved by MODNR under EPA’s Brownfields Program. The project is funded through the EPA’s Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund and administered through the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the County of St. Louis.

The Housing Partnership, Inc. issues this Request for Proposals for a qualified consultant to provide the environmental engineering services identified herein, in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations of MODNR and the US EPA. The project is funded through EPA’s Brownfields Program, and all applicable rules, regulations, terms, and conditions apply to this engagement, such as the prevailing wage provisions of the Davis Bacon Act.
