This contract is to build an NGA campus in North St. Louis City.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is the contracting activity and received three bids for the project via the internet, the Department of Defense said Tuesday. Department of Defense expects McCarthy HITT–Next NGA West JV to finish work under the firm-fixed-price contract by April 24, 2023. The project will include construction of a 712K-square-foot office building, a visitor center, inspection facility, access control points and parking garages. The team members of McCarthy and HITT are Black & Veatch, Gensler, Castle Contracting, Icon Mechanical, Sachs Electric and Fluor.
