Judy Cromer, who serves as vice president of business finance for the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, was a recent guest columnist for the Missouri Enterprise. Her piece is titled “Funding Sources for Growing Your Manufacturing Business.”
“Business owners have a deep understanding of how to run their business, because they are involved on a steady basis, however understanding different funding mechanisms and how to access capital for growth can sometimes prove difficult,” Cromer said.
The article summarizes three basic types of available funds for business expansion — open end lines of credit, closed end term loans and interim financing. It also covers how Cromer and her team handle SBA 504 loans throughout the State of Missouri.
