Public notice is hereby given that the Industrial Development Authority of the County of St. Louis, Missouri (the “Authority”), on behalf of St. Louis County, Missouri will
hold a public hearing at 120 S. Central Ave., Suite 1200, St. Louis, Missouri 63105 on Friday, March 27, 2020, commencing at 10:00 AM, regarding the proposed plan of
finance of the Authority to issue its qualified 501(c)(3) revenue bonds in one or more series in an aggregated principal amount not to exceed $40,000,000 for the purpose
of making a loan to St. Andrew’s at Francis Place. The hearing will be open to the public.
