St. Louis Makes and SLEDP’s Business and Retention Expansion (BRE) Committee recently co-hosted a tour of Goebel & Co. Furniture’s new 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in the City of St. Louis.

Goebel & Co. Furniture is an American furniture and interiors firm creating furnishings of the finest quality.  Founded in February 2011 by Martin Goebel, Goebel & Co. is comprised of a comprehensive set of skills under single company encompassing product design, automated manufacturing, traditional handcraft, and high touch customer interaction.  Specializing in Residential, Commercial and Hospitality genres. Merging old world craftsmanship and digital design, Goebel has established itself as an industry leader collaborating furnishing interiors worldwide.

St Louis Makes is a 501c3 nonprofit that is industry led, industry supported and industry funded. St Louis Makes is a network of privately owned manufacturing companies focused on profit improvement through revenue growth. It is St Louis Makes belief that best practices in growth can be taught to willing individuals and companies.

SLEDP BRE Committee members serve as ambassadors for business growth, expansion and acquisition in St. Louis.  The event had over 100 attendees.
